💳 What Are Cadulis Credits Used For?

Cadulis credits are used for specific actions to ensure a simple and fair model:

Edit an activity ✅ Free
Assign an activity to a field agent 🔁 1 credit
Close an activity 🔁 1 credit

🧠 An activity will consume only one credit: either when assigned or when closed, whichever comes first.


🆓 Freemium Model: Fair and Commitment-Free

  • 200 free credits every month (reset on your anniversary date)
  • Free credits are used first
  • Paid credits never expire
  • No automatic charges if you stay under 200 credits per month

💡 Small teams: Cadulis remains 100% free if you handle fewer than 200 interventions per month.


📊 Where to Check Your Remaining Credits

Here’s how to access your usage history:

  1. Open the Team menu (left sidebar)
  2. At the bottom right of your Business Unit, click “View Business Unit”
  3. Then click the “Remaining Credits” button
  4. You’ll be redirected to the Credit Usage History page

  • BU name
  • Number of remaining credits
  • Date of next free credit renewal

🔎 Rule reminder:

  • 200 free credits/month
  • 1 credit = assignment or closure
  • No fixed cost
  • Auto-license at €0.49/intervention after 50
  • Paid credits never expire

🛒 “Order Credits” Button

You can:

  • Choose the number of licenses (1 license = 51 credits)
  • View the unit price excl. tax (€24.99/month)
  • Enable/disable automatic renewal

🧾 Other Useful Buttons

  • Payment History: summary of past payments
  • Credit Usage by User: identify your most active users
  • Low Credit Alert: set up an automatic email alert

📑 Usage List

At the bottom of the page, a table lists every action that consumed a credit:

  • Action date
  • User involved
  • Action type (closure, assignment, etc.)
  • Activity type
  • Number of credits used

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I run out of credits? You can still create activities, but you can neither assign nor close them.

Do my credits expire?No, paid credits are valid for life. ✅ The 200 free credits are reset every month.

How can I see who uses the most credits? Use the “Credit Usage by User” button.

Can I get automatic alerts? Yes, with “Low Credit Alert”, you can receive an email as soon as a threshold is reached.

Can I cap my usage? ✅ Yes. By disabling automatic renewal, you stay in control of your budget.
