💳 What are Cadulis credits used for?

Cadulis credits are used for specific actions, to ensure a simple and fair model:

🧠 An activity will only ever consume one credit: either upon assignment or closure, whichever comes first.

🆓 Freemium model: fair and commitment-free

• 200 free credits granted once when the account is created, valid for one year, to test the solution
• Free credits are used first, when they cover the entire amount to be deducted
• Paid credits are valid for two years from the date of purchase
• No credit card required to test

💡 Free trial: your 200 free credits cover up to 200 interventions over one year. SMS, mail, and report archiving are handled with paid credits.

📊 Where to check your remaining credits

Here’s how to access your consumption history:

1. Open the Team menu (left sidebar)
2. At the bottom right of your Business Unit, click “View Business Unit”
3. Then click the “Remaining credits” button
4. You’ll be redirected to the Credit Consumption History page

Main section – global status

• BU name
• Number of credits remaining
• Date of next free credit allocation, if your account benefits from a monthly credit offer

🔎 Reminder of the rules:

• 200 free credits granted once at account creation, valid for one year
• 1 credit = assignment or closure
• No fixed cost
• 1 credit (€0.49 excl. VAT) per intervention, capped at €24.99 excl. VAT per month and per user, in standard usage
• Paid credits valid for two years

You can:

• Choose the number of licenses (1 license = 51 credits)
• View the unit price excl. VAT (€24.99 for 51 credits)
• Enable/disable automatic renewal

• Low credit alert: set up an automatic email alert

At the bottom of the page, a table lists each action that consumed a credit:

• Date of the action
• User concerned
• Type of action (closure, assignment, etc.)
• Type of activity
• Number of credits used

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I run out of credits? You can still create activities, but you can neither assign nor close them.

Do my credits expire? ✅ Yes: paid credits are valid for two years from the date of purchase. The 200 free credits are valid for one year from the date they are granted.

How can I see who uses the most credits? Use the “Credit consumption by user” button.

Can I be notified automatically? Yes, with the “Low credit alert” you can receive an email as soon as a threshold is reached.

Can I cap my consumption? ✅ Yes. By disabling automatic renewal, you stay in control of your budget.
