Set up a HubSpot-type trigger from an activity type: you control the sending conditions and the generated content. Your HubSpot contact record will then be automatically enriched with data from Cadulis.
By specifying note content, each trigger execution will create a note directly attached to the HubSpot customer record, containing the key information from the intervention: technician name, date, action type, report, etc.
