Create and manage your team on Cadulis


Structure your organization efficiently

Cadulis allows you to build a tailor-made team: roles, assignment to Business Units, skills management, user import/export…
This guide shows you how to invite, configure, and manage your team professionally.


👥 Accessing Team Management

  • Left sidebar menu → Team
  • Page: Team Management

Here you will find:

  • A search area to filter users
  • A section for each Business Unit, listing users with their roles
  • Three main actions:
    • Import your team
    • Invite a collaborator
    • View the Business Unit
  • Bottom right: Export team button

✉️ Inviting a Collaborator

  1. Click on Invite a collaborator
  2. Enter the email address (required)
  3. Three scenarios:
    • ✅ Existing account → the user receives an invitation
    • ➕ Unknown email → activate “Create the account if it does not exist” + set a password
  4. Choose a role from the dropdown list
  5. If role = Field agent / subcontractor → option “Self-service access”
  6. Click Send invitation

🧾 Editing a User Profile

Once the account is activated (via email), you can:

  1. Menu Team → select a profile
  2. Click Open profile
  3. Edit:
    • Contact details
    • Email address
    • Password
    • Intervention specifics
    • Comments
  4. Click Save

📥 Importing a Complete Team (CSV)

  1. Click on Import your team
  2. Choose a default role
  3. Required file: CSV with custom separator

Mandatory columns:

  • first_name, last_name, email, password

Optional columns:

  • phone, address, address_additional, radius, email_notification, comment, color, assignment_message
  1. Click Import

🎯 Importing Team Skills

  1. On the same import page → click Import team skills
  2. Required CSV file:
    • email
    • skill
    • level

Options:

  • Export existing skills
  • Toggle Delete existing skills

🧩 Editing Roles and Assignments

  1. Click on a user
  2. From their profile:
    • Edit the role
    • Assign or unassign a Business Unit
    • Add skills + level

Available Roles

Role Function
Administrator User and BU management
Technical administrator Activity settings, triggers, etc.
Supervisor Scheduling + closing activities
Purchasing financial supervisor View purchase prices
Sales financial supervisor View sales prices
Call center supervisor Manage calls
Technician Close their own interventions
Team leader View and close activities for their team
Call center agent Close assigned calls

🏢 Viewing and Editing a Business Unit

  1. Click on View the Business Unit
  2. A pop-up opens with:
    • Name, BU code, activity credits
    • List of assigned users
    • Link with other BUs button
    • Collapsible menus: Configuration, Phoning, Location, Financial, etc.
  3. Click Edit Business Unit to adjust

⬇️ Exporting Your Team

Click Export team to get a CSV file containing:

  • ID, Email, Name
  • Business Unit ID & Name
  • Phone, Address, Role(s), Skills, Comments, Color

Practical tips

  • Prepare your CSV files in advance to save time during import.
  • Use roles to finely control access to each feature.
  • Remember to update skills regularly for more relevant scheduling.
