Create and schedule a job in Cadulis

Easily manage your interventions, from customer request to field scheduling

A customer calls you for troubleshooting? In Cadulis, you can create an intervention in just a few clicks by entering the activity type, the end customer, and then scheduling the intervention in a suitable time slot with the right field worker.

This guide shows you how, step by step.

🛠️ Create an intervention (activity)

1. Go to the Activities menu

From the left sidebar, click on Activities.

2. Click the Create an activity button

Located at the bottom right of the page.

3. Select an activity type

Choose from those already configured (e.g., troubleshooting, installation, maintenance), then click Next.

You have two options:

  • Existing customer: filter or search your database.
  • New customer: enter the main information (including the address).
Once validated, a message appears: “Customer successfully created”

5. Configure the scheduling information

  • Enable Scheduled if you want to set a time slot right away.
  • Enable Appointment confirmed by the customer if applicable.
  • Check or adjust the job address.
  • Add a comment (optional).

6. Click Create an activity

You are redirected to the full intervention record.

📅 Schedule an intervention

From the activity record, locate the Scheduling section (top right).

1. Click the Schedule button

A window opens with three options:

  • Scheduling assistant: Cadulis suggests the best optimized time slots.
  • Planning: manually view availabilities.
  • Manual assignment: without AI assistance.

2. Choose a time slot via the smart assistant

Time slots are color-coded:

  • 🟢 Green: Optimized route + available field worker
  • 🟠 Orange: Acceptable but less optimal
  • 🔴 Red: Unavailable or unsuitable

You can also use the manual planning to click directly on an available slot or manually enter a time slot.

3. Finalize

  • Check Appointment confirmed by the customer if applicable.
  • Click Save.
The schedule is instantly synchronized on the web planner and mobile app.

Good to know

  • You can create an activity without scheduling it right away: it will appear as “To be scheduled” in the dashboard.
  • An activity can be modified or rescheduled at any time: change of field worker, time adjustment, address modification, etc.
  • The activity record is always accessible, with all details: customer, job, type, forms, etc.
