To ensure that your new clients created in HubSpot, as well as any modifications made to existing client records, are automatically synchronized with Cadulis, go to Settings > External Access

Create a HubSpot external access and connect your account.
Once your HubSpot account is connected to Cadulis, follow the setup wizard to choose the fields you want to synchronize: name, email, company, phone, address, etc.
This synchronization allows your field teams to benefit from up-to-date data in Cadulis without double entry, and ensures perfect consistency between your sales and operational tools.
