Read and use dashboards in Cadulis
Introduction
Cadulis provides you with a comprehensive suite of dashboards to visualize, analyze, and leverage your intervention data.
These views include:
- Built-in Cadulis dashboards ready to use
- Customizable reports via Power BI or Looker Studio
This guide helps you navigate, configure, and integrate these tools to optimize your field operations.
1. Accessing the dashboards
From the left sidebar menu:
- Click on Dashboard
- By default, the Activity dashboard is displayed
2. Navigating between dashboards
A collapsible menu at the top of the page lets you choose different templates:
- Activity
- Closure
- Demo DataStudio (activities)
- Demo DataStudio (Cadulis license)
Use the Refresh button (🔄) to update the data.
3. Details of available dashboards
3.1. “Activity” dashboard
Overview of interventions:
- Interventions created, scheduled, closed (over 2 weeks)
- Same-day cancellation rate
- Average closure delay
- List of critical interventions
3.2. “Closure” dashboard
Focused on processing performance:
- Real-time progress
- Closure rate per hour
- Daily failure rate
- List of activities to monitor
3.3. Demo DataStudio (activities)
Power BI report with 5 tabs:
- Overview
- Interventions
- Calls
- Finance
- Working time
Data is dynamically updated when navigating between tabs.

Report focused on license consumption:
Track credit usage and anticipate your needs.
4. Integrating custom reports
4.1. Power BI
Cadulis provides a ready-to-use template. To use it:
- Download the template from the Cadulis documentation
- Open it in Power BI Desktop
- Enter the CADULIS_CODE (available in your Cadulis source)
- Configure the data source with Power Query and the Cadulis URL
- Publish the report to Power BI Service
- In Cadulis: add a Power BI Report widget with the report URL
- Create a data source in Looker Studio:
- via the Cadulis connector
- or from a Google Sheet file
- Duplicate a template provided by Cadulis
- In Cadulis: create a dashboard, add a Looker Studio Report widget, and insert the integration URL
5. Customizing dashboards
At the bottom of the Dashboards page:
- Create a new dashboard
- Edit an existing dashboard
- Edit widgets: add / organize / configure
- Delete an obsolete dashboard
💡 You can create a custom dashboard for each Business Unit or operational scope.
6. Best practices
- Use dashboards by operational scope
- Integrate Power BI / Looker Studio for advanced analytics
- Regularly monitor key KPIs: closure rate, critical interventions
- Share your dashboards with the team to foster collaboration
