Reorganize Your Schedule in a Few Clicks, According to Your Rules

Do you need to reorganize a large number of activities?
Need to take into account actual availabilities, field constraints, or customer confirmations?

The bulk automatic rescheduling feature allows you to optimize your schedules in bulk without losing control over your operations.
This guide will walk you through the process step by step.

⚙️ 1. Access Bulk Rescheduling

• Go to the Activities menu (sidebar).
• Locate the Automatic Rescheduling section.
• Click Start.

➡️ You will land on the Recurring Calculations page, which centralizes history and scheduled executions.

🆕 2. Start a New Calculation

• Click on New Calculation.
• A page opens: Automatic Rescheduling.

🛠️ 3. Configure the Rescheduling

🔁 Recurrence (optional)

• Enable Schedule recurring calculations
• Choose the day of the week and the trigger time

💡 Useful for automating weekly reorganization, e.g., every Monday at 6:00 PM.

✅ Activities to Include

• By default: only non-closed and non-cancelled activities are included
• Select the relevant Business Unit

📅 Rescheduling

• Start at D+: e.g., D+1 = tomorrow
• Start time: e.g., 08:00
• Rescheduling interval: from 2h to 6 months
• Calculation mode:
  • Default: as per the activity type
  • Fill: fill available slots
  • Relevance: constraints + travel + skills
  • Profitability only: cost optimization
  • Guided / custom
• Minimum required relevance: low / medium / good

🔒 Locks & Exclusions

• Lock customer-confirmed slots: prevents moving them
• Keep the date of de-scheduled activities: only removes assignment if needed

🎯 Targeted Assignments

• Assign only to one or more specific field workers

🛏️ Force Parameters (optional)

• Start/end of day travel: enable/disable
• Automatically create overnight stays:
  • Enable the switch
  • Configure:
    • Minimum distance (km)
    • Activity type for overnight stays
    • Evening / morning time

💡 4. Apply the Changes

By default, no changes are applied automatically.

Two options:

• Automatically apply the results
• Or manually validate the suggestions at the end of the calculation

✉️ 5. Receive a Summary

• Enable the Receive summary by email option to be notified

🚀 6. Launch the Calculation

Once all parameters are set, click Launch Calculation (bottom right).

➡️ Cadulis will run the rescheduling algorithm according to your rules.
