Send real-time SMS


By configuring an SMS to be sent to your client 2 days before the intervention, you help your field workers avoid finding a closed door at their appointment.

Recipients

The recipients of the SMS can be multiple, with the following options:

  • Supervisors: all supervisors of the activity
  • Assigned field worker(s)
  • Manual: here you can enter a number manually, but you can also use variables such as {intervention.customer.mobile}

Message

The SMS message can use variables to include information from the activity: date, phone number, field worker’s name, etc.

Use variables to fully personalize the content!

Pricing

Credit consumption: 0.2 / SMS. If your message exceeds 160 characters, it will be sent and charged as multiple SMS. To avoid excessive credit consumption, any message longer than 3 SMS will not be sent.
