Don’t worry, you’re exactly where you need to be.
Before diving into scheduling or inviting your teams, it’s important to understand how Cadulis is structured, and above all, where to start so everything works perfectly from the outset.
Cadulis is a tool built to adapt to field service operations, no matter your industry.
To get started, you just need to understand its structure across three hierarchical levels:
The Business Unit This is your operational entity. A company can have one or several, depending on its organization (by branch, region, activity, etc.).
Activities Each activity represents a type of field intervention (e.g., alarm installation, network maintenance, etc.). You can create as many as you need.
Forms These are the customizable field sheets your technicians fill out during their interventions. Each activity is linked to one or more forms.
As soon as you arrive in Cadulis, a “Customize your contact details” button appears just above the calendar.
Your address will be used as the basis for scheduling and optimization calculations
Here’s what to do:
💡 Tip Don’t rush to invite your team members. Start by adapting the demo data to match your reality.
Follow this step-by-step logic for a smooth configuration:
Create your Business Unit (if the default one doesn’t match your structure)
Set up your Activities Give them clear names (e.g., “Camera Installation”, “AC Maintenance”) and link them to the right Business Unit
Create or edit the associated Forms Add useful fields: checkboxes, signatures, photos, etc.
Customize items in the Catalog Report types, scheduling parameters, financial fields…
Finally, invite your Team
From the Team menu: add your collaborators, define their roles, or import them from a .csv
file
Cadulis looks the same whether you’re on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. No surprises, no distortion: the interface stays consistent, no matter the device.
