View Your Interventions and Optimize Your Organization at a Glance

The Cadulis schedule provides you with a clear, immediate, and reliable overview of all your interventions: past, ongoing, and upcoming. It also displays team schedules, routes, unavailabilities, and mission statuses.

This guide is intended for planners, managers, or field workers, and will help you master reading the schedule.


🔍 Accessing the Schedule

Depending on your role in Cadulis, there are several ways to access the schedule:

  • Team Schedule (sidebar menu) → for planners
  • My Route → for field workers
  • Activities > Schedule → for administrators

📱 On mobile, these menus are accessible via the “burger” button (☰) at the top left.


🧭 Structure of the Cadulis Schedule

The schedule interface is organized:

  • by row per field worker
  • by column per time slot (day/week/month)

At the top of the screen:

  • Date selector: defaults to “Today”
  • User search: filter by name
  • Day / Week / Month view: select from the dropdown (confirm with the magnifying glass)

Collapsible menu (below the filter bar):

Enable/disable options as needed:

  • Show route lines
  • Show unassigned activities
  • Use actual closing dates
  • Group by field worker or Business Unit
  • Choose the number of visible rows (10 to 50)

Time Slots

Displayed in columns: use horizontal scroll to navigate.

Field Workers

Displayed in rows, with 2 sub-rows:

  • Top row: interventions
  • Bottom row: cumulative routes (in km and duration)

Grayed-Out Slots

Indicate:

  • outside working hours
  • unavailabilities (Team menu)

🎨 Colors and Statuses of Interventions

Intervention blocks are colored, with a border indicating their status:

  • Purple border: to be closed
  • Green border: successfully closed
  • Red border: closed with failure

⚠️ Special Elements

Black Box

This block appears when you do not have access to an intervention. You will see that a slot is blocked, but without details: “You do not have access to this intervention. The position is intentionally biased.”

Light Gray Compartments

These blocks precede or follow interventions. They represent actual routes: duration, distance, departure/arrival points. Clicking opens a pop-up with the corresponding map.
