Edit or reschedule a job in Cadulis

Easily Adjust Your Interventions, Even After Creation

Because a schedule is always evolving, Cadulis allows you to modify an intervention at any time: change the date, time, field worker, or even the activity type.
You can also reopen a closed intervention, or cancel it properly without any data loss.

  1. From the Activities menu or the schedule, click on the relevant intervention.
  2. The intervention record opens.
  3. In the Scheduling section, click on Schedule.
  4. Choose your method:
    • Scheduling assistant (optimized slots)
    • Manual assignment
  5. Select the new time slot or field worker.

Best Practices

  • Check the modification history using the dedicated button in the record.
  • If you frequently change the activity type, standardize your forms to limit information loss.
  • All reschedulings are tracked, which is useful for audits and schedule monitoring.
